Dates & Locations

Workshops will take place regularly in San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, and Barcelona, Spain. Occasional workshop or workshop retreats will happen elsewhere. The latest information on special locations can be found on our Instagram (@Learnaboutdrugs).

Each workshop will be hosted 4 times a year, once per quarter. If you have purchased a ticket and can not make it to the next event, your ticket will remain good until you are able to attend the workshop. Check the Calendar page to see the next workshop dates. Dates are released at the beginning of each quarter. Don't worry if you can't make it, tickets last a lifetime!

What will I learn?

Workshop #1 is a comprehensive overview of the most common psychoactive drugs. I cover at least a dozen families of drugs that span over 100 compounds that I consider common in the medical/psychonaut world. You will also learn about key components of optimizing an environment for introducing yourself to a new psychoactive substance.

Workshop #2 assumes some experience and comfort with psychedelics and focuses on maximizing transformational experiences. You will learn about advanced routes of administration, estimating tolerance through extended experiences, and learn about tools to integrate the lessons you have learned.

Workshop #3 dives into the neurochemistry of psychedelics. You will learn about the latest ideas in psychedelic research, theories on how psychedelics work, and how you can contribute to psychedelics and consciousness research in a meaningful way.
